After making the reservation, a confirmation of the reservation will be sent to your e-mail with a link/box “manage my reservation”. Click there and check in online.
After payment and online check-in, access codes and other necessary information will be sent to you by message.

• Have you done the online check-in? You can do this through the link that has been sent
  to your email (don’t look for it in booking). You can pay for your accommodation and parking via this link
  for. After payment, the system will send you the codes by SMS to the number you used when booking
  entered.

• The entrance to the apartment is from 16:00 and all codes work from this time.

• Is the phone number you entered correct?

There is a keypad next to the door where you can enter the code sent to you (don’t confuse with the booking pin code).
The main door and the apartment have the same code.
Apartments No. 4 and No. 5 can be accessed directly from the terrace, not through the main building.

• Please check whether the phone number you entered is correct.
• Has the online check-in been done?
• Is data roaming on if it is a SIM card from another country.

The parking lot is located behind the hotel. Drive past the hotel and the first road on the left is Pühavaimu street, the entrance is through there.

Have you added a wish to park in our parking lot to your order? If not, please do so. After entering the car number and paying for parking, you will be sent the number of the barrier to which
when calling, the barrier opens automatically. JUST entering the number is not enough, you also have to pay for parking!

Check-out from the hotel takes place until 11 o’clock. After that, your door code will no longer work!
Just like you, the following customers also want to spend the night in a clean room. Because of this, we only allow late check-out in the summer period with prior agreement. Let us know your wish by writing to info@donhoff.ee, an extra hour is 20 euros.

A separate place for smoking is provided and marked with a sign. It is located in the courtyard, next to the yellow house

Guests can stay in the apartment until 11 p.m. After that, all persons who have not paid for accommodation must leave the house!

Yes, you really have to pay for it if more than 2 people were not specified in the reservation. For us, an open bag means a used extra kit.

Garbage must be removed from the apartment before leaving. Trash cans are located in the courtyard and are visible. We ask you to take out the trash for the simple reason that neither you nor the next guests have an unpleasant surprise (smelly apartment, cockroaches, etc.).

There is no one there to serve you. The security cameras are up for both you and us, so that both parties can be satisfied and calm.

No, you must not grill on the terrace for your own safety and that of others!

Air conditioners are only in studio apartments.

The night is quiet in our hotel from 11 p.m. This also means that after 11 p.m., only registered guests stay in the house.
